If you need to supply your own, you’ll generally need a PC that’s less than three years old (no Macs or Chromebooks) with Windows 10 or 11. You’ll also need a high-speed, hard-wired internet connection, either DSL or cable; no satellite, dial-up, or wireless internet connections are allowed. You must also provide proof that your workstation has a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.

Pay rates for positions are usually included in the job postings. In general, pay is $15-$18 per hour for remote customer service representatives.
